Nightwatch

 a parable

Nightwatch is a musical parable

It presents the love of God in a fresh way to modern people who have lost hope that the message of the Bible is relevant for their lives.

 Nightwatch is a mirror

As seekers discover God's love in the parable, they suddenly see that the story is their own, speaking to them the timeless truth that identity is found only in our relationship with Father God.  Nightwatch makes us laugh, cry, and, most of all, decide how we will respond to this lavished love of God.  The story is told through music, narrative and song, weaving together th tender tale of Abigail, a girl in search of her true identity.Blue Nightwatch picture

Abandoned as a baby on the doorstep of a traveling carnival, she grows up never knowing her name.  Yet something inside her resists the prop names her circus family tries to bestow.  She is certain that she has a real name, and she sets out to find it.  But her sesarch is futile, leaving her bewildered and hopeless.  Only one answer remains-the One who knows her name must find her.  The story climaxes when her father, who has been looking for her all along, rescues her and speaks her name.

Nightwatch is an evangelistic tool

Believers can use Nightwatch as an opportunity to invite pre-Christian friends to a clear presentation of the gospel; and believers will be reminded of their loving Father God.
